Pippins Bed and Breakfast is located just 10 minutes walk from the centre of West Cowes high street in a small cul-de-sac of four chalet bungalows just off Bellevue Road. We are ideally suited as shore based accommodation for sailing activities in Cowes and for other visitors to the island. We have a landscaped garden with raised decking with a view of the Solent.

Pippins B&B is run by Malcolm & Gill Bishop who are members of the Island Sailing Club and understand the challenges of coming to the Island for sailing events. Located off Bellevue Road we have good off street parking. Our guests can expect hot showers or baths, a hearty breakfast, free wifi and use of our garden. We are a no-smoking location and we are unable to accommodate young children or pets. Our bed and breakfast offers a relatively cheap friendly alternative to hotel accommodation and we look forward to your stay. Please enquire about availability using the form on this page.

Walking from the Red Jet terminal

Come out of the terminal and onto the High Street. Turn left and follow the road past Sainsburys supermarket, up Shooters Hill which turns into Birmingham Road. At the end of this road the police station is on the right and the Duke of York pub is opposite. Turn right up the hill (Mill Hill Rd.) Take the fourth turn on the left, Victoria Rd, and go to the end. Turn right into Bellevue Rd - The Pippins is on the left on the bend (approx 100 yards.)
